Ballai dhagun Circuit A short circuit suitable for prams, kids and dogs! A great one to connect to nature close to Brisbane
Barker Creek Circuit A full loop of the eastern tracks, if you do the look outs along the way it will be slightly longer. A great one to take in all of the tracks.
Barker Creek Lookout A return track from Paradise Parking Area, this takes you out to a lookout along a path which identifies the trees in the area.

Bluff Lookout Circuit A short walk up to the lookout, this track is all accessible if you stay on the boardwalk and can link it with Six Mile Creek Boardwalk.
Booloumba Creek Day Use to Artist Cascades A lovely rainforest walk following the river up to Artist cascades
Booloumba Creek Day Use to The Breadknife Booloumba Falls Linking the trails together to make a return hike to explore the most beautiful parks of the park.
Buaraba Creek The longest trail out to the creek, add on the other trails to make it longer as you walk under the canopy of the rainforest.
Buderim Falls Circuit A circuit down to the bottom of the falls, a fairly easy and short track suit able for most ages and fitness levels.
Cherry Plain to Burtons Well A return trail from Cherry Plan car park. A great track with many look outs, if you do this we recommend you also go up to Mt Kiangarow as this is the best view.
Crows Nest Falls via Kauyoo Loop A loop track added to the lookout trail where you can swim along the way.
Devils Break Loop The trails here are wide fire trails in size, there are some steep sections but the majority of the trails are fairly flat.
Flinders Goolman Trail A longer multi-use trail, great for the longer trail runs, hikes or mountain biking.
Foote Sanctuary Foote Sanctuary located on the eastern side of Buderim on the Sunshine Coast, is a beautiful natural reserve managed by a local community group and is suitable for dogs.
