Morans Falls Track

Located in Lamington National Park in the Gold Coast Hinterland at Green Mountain. Approx 2hr from Brisbane. 4.4km return and it’s suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Allow 1 hour 30 min.

This hike starts either at the car park and you walk along the Centenary Track or you can park at the trail head. You can add on Python Rock Lookout to make it a longer walk. It is a beautiful rainforest walk with great views at the end. Full parks brochure and map here.

Getting here:

2 hours south Brisbane, head to Green Mountain using your google maps. The road from Canungra to Green Mountain is very windy and alot of one way, so be sure you take your time.

What to take:

Water and snacks, always. In winter also take a head touch as you could get stuck if the light disappears. Comfortable footwear and clothing. Hydration pack or drink bottle.

Hot tip:

This is a shorter trail however you can add Centenary and Python Rock track within the same area to make it longer.
