What to take:
There isn’t many supplies so make sure you stock up with water and snacks. Also take any first aid with you. Wear comfortable footwear and clothing along with a hydration pack or drink bottle.
Take a head torch as the start of the trek is under rainforest so it can get quite dark, especially in winter at dawn and dusk.
